COVID-19 has been extremely tough on everyone in different ways.

For kids, staying active while indoors when everything was shut-down last spring and summer was challenging.

For Royals’ ballplayers, that included baseball practice at a time when they would be playing and practicing several times a week.

Adapt and overcome!

So, the Royals’ coaches brought practice to them, right into their living room through the magic of Zoom virtual workouts.
